Wineries in Utah
Utah has no federally designated American Viticultural Area (AVA). The Utah Wine Trail is in the far southwest, near Zion National Park. Visit Utah describes it as boutique wineries no more than an hour by car from St. George, in towns including Cedar City, Dammeron Valley, Leeds and Hildale. Southern Utah lies on the 37th parallel, and Visit Utah points to volcanic soils and big swings between day and night temperatures. Cruv also lists wineries and tasting rooms farther north in the state. Plan a designated driver, a rideshare or a tour for each tasting day.
Cruv groups places by wine region where a state has established ones, and Utah has none in its list yet. Open the app to see every place Cruv lists here on the map, with what is open now and upcoming events.
